The Showcase is a precursor to the 21st Nedbank CWG Auction, which will take place at a new venue, namely, The Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West on Saturday, 7 October 2006. Since its inception in 1985, the Nedbank Cape Winemakers Guild Auction has become a significant event on the South African wine calendar for the public and trade alike, attracting both local and international bidders.
Wines for tasting will include those specially produced and selected for the 2006 Auction, as well as a selection of past Auction and premium flagship wines from the Guild's 37 members.

TIME: 6pm - 9pm
PRICE: R90 per person (includes tasting glass)
CHEESE: A selection of SA cheeses from Get Stuffed Enterprises will be available for tasting and for sale.
