The national executive committee has also added new members - Michael Hinze, creative director: environmental and Jeanette Konig, group financial manager from HKLM Johannesburg with HKLM Cape Town representatives, Janine Fourie, MD and Paul Henriques, creative director. Gary Harwood, Paul Kirsten, Graham Leigh and Sean McCoy comprise the remainder of the 10-member committee.
These latest moves are aimed at galvanising future growth, ensuring seamless management succession, strengthening the group's consistency of offering and synchronising across all its disciplines and geographical locations.
HKLM CEO, Sean McCoy said that long-term succession planning was essential. "We've always aimed high in terms of who we employ and what we deliver - and it's important to have outstanding people and processes in place to sustain that expectation of quality."
