BEE partnership for Enterprise IG

To strengthen and consolidate their existing position in the South African market, Enterprise IG have announced the successful conclusion of their BEE partnership. This sees a 30% equity stake of the Enterprise IG South African subsidiary, being acquired by the Prospect SA Investment Consortium (PSAIC).

"The PSAIC's wide network and influence in business and government, as well as individual consortium members experience and understanding of our market will be invaluable," says Brian Khumalo. The PSAIC is made up of Brian Khumalo, Chairman of the South African Board; Zii Sithole, operationally involved as Business Development Director at Enterprise IG; MMOPO Investment Trust, a broad based women's empowerment grouping, and finally an employee trust for future senior managers who were previously disadvantaged.

Alongside this partnership the group has a new corporate identity. The fun, innovative logo, should keep viewers intrigued with it's continuously changing 'IG' graphics. The corporate identity has been launched throughout Enterprise IG globally.

The group anticipates a great year, with a footprint across the African continent, a new office in Cairo, and affiliated partners in Nigeria, Mauritius, Kenya and Botswana. The Middle East office, based in Dubai, is also going from strength to strength, with a strong focus on leisure and destination branding, business has grown by 150% over the past 12 months.

Joe Kieser, one of the founders of Pentagraph and KSDP Group, has retired from Enterprise IG. Kieser built the company into an international group to become one of the world's foremost Brand Consultancies.
