"In my recent introduction of a tight Business Realignment Programme (BRP) I have stressed that leadership and our people are key to the company's ongoing success. In addition to this is the need for a robust sales team, flexibility to re-align as necessary, the elimination of silo mentalities, driving a high performance culture and ensuring that the right people are on the bus in the right seats,” he stated.
