Want to float your billboard?
bbi South Africa has launched an inflatable billboard that is portable and works on both water and land. It's the creation of bbi Display Systems, Malibu, California. “It's the only product of its size and kind that works,” claims Jacques van Schalkwyk, CEO of bbi SA.

bbi's inflatable display systems are available in two sizes: Mini (1m x 3m) and Maxi (4.3m x 3.6m) and can be linked together to create bigger displays. Made from Sevylor double wall construction and electronically welded multi-chamber heavy gauge PVC, each system is supposed to be unaffected by salt water or chlorine. All systems are equipped with water ballasts to keep them stable even in the wind, whether on land or water.
The ads are on printable mesh banners, allowing air to flow through ensuring they don't blow over during high winds. Each banner is attached to the inflatable frame and can be easily changed - even during the course of an event.
bbi Display claims its amphibious and airtight, portable billboards can be displayed on any surface, including water, sand, snow, grass and dirt.
