Love and music in October - OFM gives back

OFM is the proud media partner of not less than three major central South Africa events in October. It all starts with the Aardklop Arts Festival in Potchefstroom. OFM is also media partner to The Voice South Africa Bloemfontein and Upington auditions, as well as the Bloemfontein City Orchestra concert.

OFM is also giving back to the community in a big way this month. On 14 October 2016, Rio Casino in Klerksdorp hosts the OFM Charity Golf Day at the Klerksdorp Golf Club. All proceeds will go towards supporting the Tutuka Rape Crisis Centre in Klerksdorp.

Finally, OFM is proudly powering the CANSA Bloemfontein Breast Cancer Walk on 22 October 2016. “OFM is serious about supporting charity initiatives in our community. With one in 29 women in the country at risk of developing breast cancer in their lifetime, we can’t think of any reason why we shouldn’t throw our weight behind this initiative a hundred percent! It’s also a chance to reflect and honour those who have lost their battle against this disease. I hope to see thousands of our loyal listeners there!” says Nick Efstathiou, OFM General Manager.
