Heart 104.9 moves Mars and Ford around

"The reshuffle of the jocks is sure to be welcomed by listeners," says Heart 104.9 CEO, Gavin Meiring: Stan Mars will be moving from his weekday 10pm - 2am slot back to his 9am - 12pm Monday to Friday slot and Clarence Ford is moving from his weekly 9am - 12pm slot to the 6pm - 10pm slot five days a week.

"This is where I feel at home," says Mars. "I enjoy the free selection of music and the interaction I have with callers."

"This opportunity allows me to be more interactive with listeners than what is possible during the day. The contact with people is what I love about radio," comments Ford.

Mars will still continue his weekend show from 2pm - 6pm.
