IFA Hotels and Resorts unveils Zimbali Suites

IFA Hotels and Resorts has opened the doors of its R400 million luxury development in Zimbali, Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, called Zimbali Suites. A combination of luxury, exclusivity, a 5-star offering, an unspoiled shoreline, rolling hills and lush flora and fauna have become the definition of the 131 sectional title Zimbali Suites.

“KwaZulu-Natal continues to have a high demand for upmarket and secure residential property which is why we added the Zimbali Suites,” says Pamela Naidu, marketing head of IFA Hotels and Resorts. She also highlighted that the Zimbali Suites offer a chance for entry level investors, who ordinarily would not qualify, to buy.

The Zimbali Suites units range from one bedroom suites (36.2m2) to three-bedroom penthouses (142m2). All units have secure undercover parking, quality fittings, impressive architecture, security, comfort, serviced suites, access to a wide range of services, breathtaking views, spacious patios and beautifully landscaped greenery. Located adjacent to the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel, the Zimbali Suites affords owners an excellent opportunity to benefit from a rental programme run by an operations team from IFA.

The Zimbali Suites is the most significant development milestone in Zimbali since the unveiling of the well-known Fairmont Zimbali Resort in 2010. Other attractions under IFA’s portfolio include the Fairmont Zimbali Lodge, Fairmont Hotel Condominiums, Zimbali Vacation Club, Fairmont Heritage Place, and Fairmont Signature Villas to name a few.

“We also feel the resort will help achieve growth in the tourism industry under the Local Economic Development (LED) policy guideline,” adds Naidu.

With South Africa listed as one of the top 10 countries with the best weather by InterNations, KwaZulu-Natal is top of the list in SA’s provinces with its friendly weather. The top 10 countries include Costa Rica, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Uganda, Kenya, Spain, South Africa, Mexico, and Portugal.
