The Towers restaurant will offer a five-star menu that infuses aromatic spices and traditional flavours of the Cape, whilst also offering diners a taste sensation with modern twists on all-time-favourite meat, poultry and fish dishes.

The bouquet of dishes promises an extensive choice and can accommodate the diner with a particular palate. A variety of starters includes soups, salads, home made pastas and seafood plates.

Abbas started out with the Protea Hotel Group in 1982 and has worked in some of South Africa's most well-known hotels and restaurants, including the Table Bay Hotel, Le Vendomme and, most recently, the Westin Grand Cape Town Arabella.

Modern design and luxury

A blend of modern design and luxury set the theme in the 160-seater Crystal restaurant. An exclusive private dining area for up to 25 people is set with mirrors and tea light candles making it a perfect romantic dinner for two. Alternatively you can also book a corporate dining table for executive lunches and dinners.

An open-planned kitchen enables diners to see for themselves the effort and creativity that goes into the intricate detail of putting together each piece of culinary art.

The Towers is open from 6.30am to 11pm and, apart from the a la carte menu, offers a full buffet continental and English breakfast.
