The Nederburg Auction Dinner will take place in the Grande Roche Hotel's award-winning Bosman's Restaurant, celebrating exquisite South African wines paired with a gourmet five-course set menu prepared by executive chef Roland Gorgosilich.
Nederburg cellar master Razvan Macici will headline the event and present a selection of wines that will feature in the auction which takes place on 3 and 4 September.
Initiated in 1975, the Nederburg Auction is recognized as one of the world's five major wine auctions and continues to be an event on the international wine calendar, offering the pinnacle of South African wines shaped by over 300 years of South African winemaking.
