With it's dream location on the Atlantic Seaboard, the stylish Salt Restaurant & Bar will play host to winemaker Bertho van der Westhuizen of Kleine Zalze Wines on Thursday evening, 30 July 2009.

Kleine Zalze Wines were recently named as the number one South African wine brand in the United Kingdom within the restaurants, hotels and pubs sector by leading international wine consultancy Wine Business Consultancy.

Chef Dave Winton of Salt has created a delectable menu for the evening, which marries outstandingly with the special wines that Bertho has selected for the occasion.
