Fairview hosts themed winter food-and-wine pairings
The Goatshed restaurant at Fairview Wine and Cheese Estate in Paarl is hosting another annual
series of its winter food-and-wine dinners.
Until the end of September 2017, the Goatshed, usually a day venue, will be open on seven selected evenings and will serve a three-course paired menu.
Each winter evening comes with a different theme and presents dishes inspired by international destinations.
Dates
- 28 July: Greek Celebration
- 25 August: Fairview Free-range Lamb Shank & Shiraz
- 8 September: Italian Feast
- 29 September: Moroccan
Tickets are R395 per person and include a three-course meal and wine. Each course is paired with Fairview wines. Pre-booking is essential.
