Kiddies' festive fun launches at Waterfront

The V&A Waterfront will once again be a hub of kiddies' festive fun this summer. Watch Cape Town's little supermodels strut their stuff on the runway at the V&A Waterfront's annual Children's Fashion Show hosted by Suga on 12 December, at 3.00pm.

The aspiring mini Heidi Klums will be showing off this season's latest fashions from a selection of V&A Waterfront's children's fashion retailers - Gray, Kapow, Mimo & Co, Grow, Crazy ‘bout Cape Town, Indygo, Naartjie, Pumpkin Patch, Woolworths, Monsoon, Keedo, Earthchild and Seven Ounce. The audience will also share in the festive season cheer with prizes up for grabs.

Before the show is the Santa parade that kicks off at the Clock Tower Square from 11:00am, Santa will be accompanied by the Christmas band, Origin SA, and fairytale characters before making his way to the Amphitheatre for the fashion fiesta.

Kids can enjoy an afternoon of story-telling with Mother Goose and fairytale magic with the “happy ever after” team on the Amphitheatre. Activity takes place daily between 12 and 24 December at 2.00pm.

The V&A Waterfront Fun Fair will have a variety of carousal rides including Apple Coaster, Honey Pot Bears, Rodeo Trails and Lady Bugs. Rides are open daily from 10.00am.
