Online tool assists marketers in agency search

The Association for Communications and Advertising South Africa (ACA) has launched an online tool, the ACA Agency Locator, which will change the way marketers search for agencies, saving them time and money in the process.

It enables clients in need of agency services to search for and shortlist advertising and communications agency partners ahead of or during a tender or pitch process. The tool is robust, easy to use and matches service providers to the client’s requirements – as input by the clients.

The tool provides a list of the ACA member agencies that combined, account for over 95% of the country’s total measured ad spend - +R40 billion to GDP per annum.

Odette van der Haar, ACE CEO says, “One of the key things to consider when selecting an agency is fit. Relationships drive understanding, which ultimately is the starting point in terms of producing an effective, results driven campaign. The tool helps marketers select and shortlist the agencies that best meet their set of criteria. The tool will help them save time and improve the odds of partnering with the right agency.”
