Now in its fifth year, the South African NGO Web Awards continues to raise awareness about the benefits of having a web presence among South African NGOs.
This year's categories are 'Best Use of Website for Online Fundraising' and 'Best Use of Mobile Technology for Fundraising' and offer three prizes valued at R10 000 each, sponsored by Torque IT.
South African organisations must be able to demonstrate their non-profit status and involvement in development work in South Africa and the 2008 and 2009 winners are not eligible to enter.
