SOLD on another magazine idea...
The first issue of the quarterly publication, called SOLD, launched nationally on 17 March 2005 with an initial print run of 15 000 and is the brainchild of South Africa's bond originator, MortgageSA.
Saul Geffen, Managing Director of MortgageSA says, "Over the past five years MortgageSA has built solid relationships with our real estate partners, underpinned by a strong service ethic and a culture of innovation. Our company has been chosen by real estate professionals countrywide as their origination partner of choice to service their homebuyer clients.

SOLD will be edited and published by media veteran, Paul Kerton.
SOLD will be published as a quarterly magazine delivering tailormade, in-depth articles by leading journalists offering articulated opinion on issues affecting the property industry. This, together with well researched industry trends and analysis, with a mix of cutting edge lifestyle platforms including fashion, technology, trends and gossip, will make up the editorial platform.
Kerton comments: "It is quite different to the other property and interior design magazines because it speaks directly to estate agents and offers them helpful and specially tailored advice. We've researched the magazine with agents and included the issues and topics that are of importance to them."
