The brochure aims to package the region's abundant range of "things to do and see" into organised self-drive and facilitated itineraries. Each itinerary enables travelers to better understand the pre-trip logistics such as "when to go" or "what to pack" and determine whether the experience is within their budget.

The third edition was focused on including market research outcomes and therefore we included our Top Ten Itineraries as voted for by our fans. If you enjoy historic battlefield tours or wine tasting in the Drakensberg or meandering the midlands there is plenty for you to do. For the adventurer there are expeditions into Lesotho or treks across the passes only the Voortrekkers were brave enough to conquer. Readers also have a choice of country wedding venues, challenging Tugela rafting adventures or Vaal river cruising luncheons. The cherry on the top is a Hot Air Balloon Flight ending with a champagne breakfast!

The brochure will be distributed to our 14 recognised Tourism Information Nodes in May 2015.
