Red Zone site replaces Journal of Marketing

A new website from Future Publishing, the red zone, replaces the bi-monthly Journal of Marketing that The Future Group stopped producing two months ago. Editor, Kerryn le Cordeur runs the editorial team with Jeremy Maggs as editor-in-chief.

At present, the site plans to load one story per day, chosen for its new idea or thinking that is short, informative and to the point. It will also run pictures of industry people and events and brands. Agencies participating in the sixth edition of The Annual will be given a link to their own website, creating a free press office.

Every week it will run a vodcast interview, under a reciprocal relationship with GIBS. It is planning a weekly podcast.

Its first advertiser is Vodacom.
