BBQ honours Vuma Reputation Management
At the eleventh edition of the Black Business Quarterly Awards (BBQ), held at Emperor's Palace on 19 October 2012, Vuma Reputation Management won the New and Innovative Business Award in recognition of its innovation in the area of corporate reputation management, crisis communication, media training and the integration of social media tools into the business environment.
"The field of reputation management is relatively unknown and, in some instances, a misunderstood concept in the business world. Reputation management does not start, however, when there is a crisis. It needs a proactive approach and it needs to be comprehensive," explains Vuma CEO and Founder Janine Hills.
