Michelle de Pons-James joins Text100 Johannesburg
Global communications consultancy, Text100, has announced that Michelle de Pons-James will head up the South African office, taking over from Dominique Pienaar.

Pienaar, who has led the Johannesburg office for six years, will continue to lead strategic client campaigns for the company, including the management of the agency's expanded partner strategy to support key clients in select African countries.
"This is an exciting time for me and for Text100 - not only are we expanding our digital presence locally, but the move into Africa presents a significant growth opportunity for us. Backed by a solid leadership team in South Africa and in the broader EMEA region, I look forward to the next phase of my career," says Pienaar.
De Pons-James, who previously led the Cape Town office of a competitive global agency, has provided communications counsel to global, regional and local business leaders for more than 25 years.
"I am honoured to have been appointed to lead the Johannesburg office," said De Pons-James. "This is an exciting time for the company as it seeks to shape the business community's digital migration. I have joined an extremely talented team of digitally certified communications consultants working out of more than 40 offices around the world."
