The new branch, at the Bulai Centre, 153 Cowen Ntuli Street, Middleburg, opens its doors for business in September, and is the fourth branch to open for trade in the last month. It officially takes its place among a rapidly expanding list of franchisees entering the market claims the franchisor.

“We are very pleased to have Middleburg on our map. They form part of a growing franchise base that continues to meet the construction needs of home and business owners,” says Harold Prinsloo, group MD.

“Part of the success of this franchise operation is due to the fact that it focuses predominantly on finishes. This represents the bulk of the cost of most projects and therefore an ideal opportunity to secure savings for developers, contractors and home improvers.”

Judy-May Kapp, branch manager at Middleburg, says, “There is a significant level of development and construction within the Middleburg area specifically and within Mpumalanga in particular. The Pick & Build franchise is not only backed by people with many years of experience within the building and construction industry, there are also established partnerships in place with leading suppliers of materials”.

The franchise is affiliated to a South African public mining company that is in the process of establishing a large cement manufacturing plant the country. It has also secured a manufacturing contract with Re-Tek Coating Technologies to manufacture a comprehensive range of SABS (South African Bureau of Standards)-approved franchise branded products.
