Dickens, the former client service director, joined the agency in 2011. She spent 13 years client side in financial services before moving to Montecasino in 2007 where she built experience in the entertainment sector. She then moved to Brand Union before joining Switch Design Agency where she worked on brands such as Douglas Green Bellingham, McCain, Famous Brands and Milky Lane, amongst others.

According to agency CEO, Justin Spratt, Dickens' composure, tenacity, objective hand and client relationships makes her ideal for the job.
