Avusa board members resign, CEO next?

NEWSWATCH: At Avusa's AGM yesterday, Monday, 19 September 2011, three non-executive directors, including the chairman, unexpectedly resigned from the board of the media group, according to various media. It's also been reported that CEO Prakash Desai may be the next to leave.

No longer Avusa directors are chairman Dumisa Ntsebeza, who was appointed to the board in September 2008, Tom Wixley (appointed in June 2002) and Babalwa Ngonyama (appointed just two months ago).
