Mpofu suspension "illegal"

BREAKING NEWS: 702 Talk Radio reports that the High Court in Johannesburg has just ruled that the SABC board meeting convened to suspend SABC CEO Dali Mpofu was illegal. Mpofu has been awarded costs.

A delighted Mpofu was reported to be on his way back to his office at Auckland Park to attend a full SABC board meeting scheduled for this afternoon.
