Dali suspends Snuki
BREAKING NEWS: Group CEO of the SABC Dali Mpofu has decided to suspend the group executive: news and current affairs, Dr Snuki Zikalala, with immediate effect pending an investigation into allegations of serious misconduct, the SABC said in a statement late this afternoon, Tuesday, 6 May 2008.
According to the statement, the outcome of the investigation is likely to result in a formal disciplinary enquiry. “In order to protect the rights of all parties involved, there will be no public discussion of the details surrounding this issue, at this stage. The SABC does not wish to pre-empt the outcome of this matter.”
