    Warhol to sell household goods

An extensive licensing deal has been arranged by manufacturer, the Beanstalk Group, and the executors of deceased pop artist Andy Warhol's estate, to put prints of his work on a wide range of household goods and clothing.

This will mean that Warhol's pictures of Campbell's soup tins and Marilyn Monroe could appear on items as diverse as bedlinen, sportswear and vases.

One of Andy Warhol's famous quotes is brought to mind -

"I'll endorse with my name any of the following; clothing AC-DC, cigarettes, small tapes, sound equipment, ROCK N' ROLL RECORDS, anything, film, and film equipment, Food, Helium, Whips, MONEY!!"
