Cape Town fashion chain Mix Clothing is set to rouse opposition from conservatives this week with its 69 Rand poster campaign, created to announce the store's annual sale. The poster, depicting two teddy bears in a compromising position, provides visual impetus to the campaign.
Mix Clothing sales manager Monique Taylor says: "It may be slightly controversial, but beyond the potential controversy lies sardonic humour and irony. Creatively we were looking for a message that could communicate price in an entertaining fashion while pushing the social envelope."
