Says M&C Saatchi Abel CEO Mike Abel, "We are thrilled to be entrusted with arguably the world's most iconic beer brand. It is both a brand and category we are extremely passionate about. We feel a very natural fit between brandhouse and the agency and look forward to doing some remarkable work together."
In line with Brandhouse Beverages' procurement policy, a short-list of aligned and non-aligned agencies was invited to participate in the review exercise, which was facilitated by John Little of The Observatory. The agencies were M&C Saatchi Abel, Fox P2, Publicis and Sixty Layers of Cake.
Besides a full creative presentation, each agency also delivered extensive credentials presentations to the brand team, which was an invaluable exercise in gaining further insight into their business philosophy and way of working.
Commenting on the outcome of the appointment, brandhouse marketing director, Gavin Krenski says, "It is very exciting to see the wealth of creative talent wishing to work on the account and it was a difficult choice but we believe we have made the right choice."
