BBDO's BaBy initiative for new advertising talent
BabyDO will be launched for the first time and will run from 2 - 6 and 9 - 13 December. The BaByDO initiative forms part of Berry Bush BBDO's young talent scouting programme and gives young people the opportunity to experience the advertising industry first-hand. It further enhances creative innovation from which clients will benefit.
To qualify for this programme candidates have been asked to market and interview themselves for 5 minutes on video after which six will be chosen per week. The team will be briefed on a Monday morning and will present their ideas to the client the following Friday. This exposes them directly to the Advertising Industry and puts them a few steps ahead when marketing themselves in the advertising business.
