Manley Communications set to launch Pigalle Restaurants in Jozi

Veteran restaurant gurus, Naldo and Victor Gonçalves of ex Vilamoura restaurants fame and owners of the super stylish Pigalle restaurant in Green Point, Cape Town have signed on Manley Communications to assist in the launch of their two new big budget eateries in Johannesburg.

The first to open is Pigalle - Bedfordview located in the Village View Centre, which will be ready to role later this month. A state-of-the-art "Wildlife-chic" fine dining locale, the 180-seater venue will focus 'on the grill' with an open-planned kitchen and is set to lead the popularity stakes amongst the locals with its abstract artworks, locally-forged two meter wide chandeliers and use of crocodile skin, cowhide and ostrich leather.

Pigalle - Sandton will open next during the month of June in the newly constructed and highly impressive Michelangelo Towers located at Nelson Mandela Square. The epitome of baroque sophistication, this 160-seater restaurant will wow its guests with Victorian couches, carved mahogany seating, frameless stackable glass doors, Spanish imported Art Deco chandeliers and the finest Italian marble.

In the tradition of what the Gonçalves boys do best, cuisine at both venues will focus on seafood and traditional Portuguese specialities.
