Opteq SA offers a Platinum iQ, Gold iQ and a Call iQ support services as a managed services sold with every solution. The various remote support services offer from 24 X 7 to stand telephonic call support. The support division offers clients a full online ticketing services that is tracked via a ticket number until signed off. The service also offers a SMS services that can alert support staff after hours to attend to a support call or an alert.
The service allows Opteq support staff mobility and can support any Opteq devices anywhere and at anytime as long as support staff have mobiles or access to the Internet.
