We’re looking for an IT Solutions Architect who lives and breathes technology, loves solving complex problems, and thrives in fast-paced, forward-thinking environments. What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing cutting-edge, secure, and high-performing architectures for enterprise-scale systems.
• Partnering with smart business and tech minds across Africa to bring innovation to life.
• Influencing at senior levels and driving architectural excellence across multiple regions.
• Owning end-to-end solutions that push boundaries and enable true business agility.

What We’re Looking For

•  BSc or BCom in Computer Science / Information Systems.
• 3 to 5 years of solid IT architectural experience.
•  TOGAF and Cloud certifications? Big bonus!
•  Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple jurisdictions.
•  Confident presenting complex architecture concepts to diverse audiences.
•  Proven track record of delivering across Markets or Corporate & Investment Banking sectors.
•  Deep knowledge of application, integration, and data architecture frameworks.
•  Familiarity with trading systems (Bloomberg, Murex) and trading protocols (FIX, gRPC).
• Understanding of low-latency, high-throughput, and high-availability systems.
