About the role
We are a long-established, financially stable British ecommerce business, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable home- based Customer Support Executives to join our team from South Africa.
This is a standard ecommerce customer support role with a few simple back-office tasks. You’ll help our customers over email and phone, so excellent English (written and spoken) and a genuinely friendly manner are essential.

• Ability and interest in learning product information (full training given)
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work independently

Working hours

Full or part-time considered
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time (9 hours, including a 1-hour break)
Part-time: At least 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Exact times to be confirmed.

Pay
