- Up to 3 years’ experience in IT user support.
- Microsoft Desktop support administrator certification.
- MCSE – Cloud platform and Infrastructure certification.
- ITIL practitioner certification.
- ISO27001 information security management certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across the organisation. - Manage and resolve user queries end-to-end within SLA timelines.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Support onboarding by setting up equipment for new employees.
- Maintain and repair system applications to ensure usability.
- Update IT service management systems and track support progress.
- Adhere to ITIL processes and asset management policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Provide after-hours standby support on a rotational basis.
