You are strategic, decisive, and accountable. You understand the media landscape, are comfortable in board-level environments, and know how to align people, performance, and profitability.

What will you do

Strategy and performance

• Drive profitability, growth, and shareholder returns.
• Execute strategy with clear KPIs and cost discipline.
• Hold senior leaders accountable for financial and operational delivery.

• Build a high-performance, accountable culture.
• Strengthen and align the executive team.
• Ensure brand positioning remains competitive and relevant.

Commercial and operational oversight

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
• Oversee major procurement, stock, and working capital management.
• Ensure operational efficiency across regions and divisions.

Risk, governance and finance

• Provide strategic financial oversight beyond reporting.
• Identify and mitigate business risks.
• Maintain strong governance and stakeholder communication.
