This role is all about influence and ownership. You’ll be the person who sets the tone for engineering quality, guides developers through complex challenges, and shapes systems that support high-impact financial products used nationwide. Expect to work at the intersection of architecture, hands-on coding, and team enablement—ensuring that the platforms you build today can scale with the business of tomorrow.
You’ll take charge of designing backend services, improving system reliability, and introducing modern engineering practices that raise the bar across the department. Your leadership will directly support the company’s mission to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative digital experiences to clients and advisors.
