Lead C# Developer

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET 5+
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as AngularJS, modern Angular (v10+), or React/Vue
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed system design
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture (EDA)
• Experience with message bus technologies including RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or AWS SQS/SNS
• Strong SQL Server skills, including query optimization, schema design, and handling high data throughput
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead small engineering teams and successfully deliver modernization projects
• Strong technical decision-making skills, with a focus on code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer Science, software engineering, or a related technical field
