Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can connect the dots, solve problems, and help turn great ideas into even better business solutions.

�� What you'll be doing

• Digging deep to uncover business needs and requirements.
• Turning challenges into opportunities through smart analysis and innovative thinking.
• Mapping, reviewing, and improving business processes.
• Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure everyone is speaking the same language.
• Designing solutions that make work easier, faster, and more effective.
• Identifying gaps, reducing inefficiencies, and helping drive continuous improvement.
• Contributing to system enhancements, application requirements, and user-friendly interfaces.

� What we're looking for

• Matric / grade 12.
• Relevant business analysis or systems analysis qualification.
• A business degree is a bonus ⭐
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
• Experience in insurance essential
• Understanding of SDLC, business analysis methodologies, and process modelling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts without causing blank stares.
• A natural problem-solver who loves asking questions and finding answers.

Reference number for this position is GZ61375 which is 12 months- contract position based in Johannesburg Illovo offering a contract rate of R600 per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
