Mid / Senior Graphic and Web Designer

Key responsibilities

Design

• Building strong visual brand identities from scratch, meaning moodboard to brand manual.
  

• Designing everything from functional annual reports to inspiring editorial layouts.
  

• Making sure creative application works across mediums: print, screen, and beyond.
  

• Design and prototype responsive, user-focused websites with finesse.
  

• Stay plugged in: new tools, new trends, and new tricks (yes, AI driven workflows)
  

• Bring bold ideas to brainstorms and help shape the creative culture from the inside out.

Minimum requirements (mandatory)

Education

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, web design, visual communication, or a related field.

Experience

• five - seven years in the trenches, with a strong portfolio that shows off both your versatility and your visual voice.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on macOS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
  

• Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, and a working grasp of JavaScript.
  

• Experience designing and building on WordPress (especially with Elementor).
  

• UX/UI intuition and best practice know-how.
  

• Bonus points for animation or intermediate video editing skills.
  

• PowerPoint proficiency for polished presentations.
  

• Intermediate showreel techniques for dynamic visual presentations (bonus).

Other requirements

• Clean communication, smart thinking, and ruthless attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
