Key responsibilities:

• Welcome clients, open job cards, and manage service bookings
• Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues
• Serve as the liaison between customers, workshop, and parts departments
• Provide timely updates on service progress, quotes, and additional work
• Ensure all services and repairs receive proper authorization
• Conduct professional vehicle handovers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
• Follow up on outstanding service invoices and payments
• Maintain CSI/SSI targets, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Stay updated on OEM bulletins and campaign notices
• Ensure compliance with internal systems, policies, and audit standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12, with a relevant automotive diploma or certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of OEM dealership experience
• Strong understanding of service advisor processes and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a proven CSI track recordStrong administration skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (Evolve, IAL, etc.)
