C# Technical Lead

A leading digital solutions company is seeking an experienced C# technical lead to drive technical strategy, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance systems. This hybrid role requires strong hands-on development skills, leadership experience, and a solid background in enterprise application architecture.

In this role, you will take ownership of technical direction, provide leadership across development teams, and contribute to the design and execution of scalable, high-performance systems. You will be involved in both strategic planning and hands-on development, playing a key role in shaping solutions that address real business challenges.

Key skills and technologies:

• C# | .NET Core | SQL
• RESTful APIs | RabbitMQ
• Kafka
• System architecture & design
• Code quality, testing, and deployment best practices
• Team leadership and mentorship

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years of C# development experience
• Proven experience in a technical lead or team management role
