E-commerce Sales Assistant

• Manage client accounts, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of vouchers and products.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage and track inventory levels of over 6,000 products across multiple brands and update stock control systems accurately.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and contribute to growing our e-commerce catalogue.
• Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations, including loading products, updating pricing, and ensuring accurate product information.
• Write compelling and informative product descriptions for our e-commerce platform.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and supplier invoices.
• Complete and submit accurate daily reports through our online portal.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

• Tertiary diploma or degree.
•  At least one years’ experience in e-commerce or similar.
• Good understanding of logistics processes (from supplier orders to customer deliveries)
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, advanced Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and experience with e-commerce platform

• Salary: R12,000 - R15,000 per month (dependent on experience)
