The dual-branded property is located in Nsambya, close to Kampala's city centre and about 40km from Entebbe International Airport. It provides access to diplomatic missions, corporate headquarters and government institutions, as well as attractions including the Uganda Museum, Independence Monument and Kabaka's Palace.

Kampala Marriott Hotel has 181 guestrooms and suites, including a Presidential Suite. The property includes the brand's Greatroom lobby, an M Club lounge for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and guests staying on executive floors, and a business centre.
The hotel has six restaurants and bars, including The Woodshed Grill & Bar, Luna Cake Studio, Majlis Coffee Lounge, Kasana Deck, Iron Taps Sports Bar and Tatu Rooftop Bar.
Other facilities include Saray Spa, steam and sauna facilities, a fitness centre and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
The hotel has 1,293 square metres of event space across six venues, including the Kampala Grand Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. The facilities are intended for conferences, corporate meetings, diplomatic gatherings and social events.

Marriott Executive Apartments Kampala has 96 fully serviced apartments, ranging from studios to a three-bedroom penthouse.
The apartments are aimed at longer-stay guests, including executives, consultants, diplomatic personnel, project teams and relocating families. They include separate living, dining and sleeping areas, fully equipped kitchens and workspaces, while guests also have access to the hotel's dining, wellness and business facilities.
