A heavenly escape at the Suntra Spa   WELLNESS
[Sindy Peters] Being a journalist has its perks; being invited to try out luxury wellness spas at some of Cape Town's finest hotels is definitely one of my favourites. The Ugly Noo-Noo, beautiful theatre   THEATRE
[Daphne Cooper] Andrew Buckland is the master of physical theatre; using only his body he creates such a richness of experience that you forget that this is one man in a T-shirt and shorts with no props. Rather, you are taken on a journey that is so absurd, so clever, so funny, so pointed and so compelling, that you are never going to be the same again.

Opskop at Rietvallei   MUSIC
Complete Events and Rietvallei Wine Estate bring you Opskop at Rietvallei over the Wacky Wine Weekend. Opskop is an unique, side-splitting, hip-swinging weekend with the cream of South African musical and comedy talent.
