I have been in several senior management positions over the last 40 years. The companies I was with ranged in size from 100 employees to 2200 employees. My main focus has always been to groom those below me to take over my position. Over the years I have found that this approach has generated a very positive and enjoyable working environment. In my present position I get major job satisfaction from training our clients who range in profession from managers, lawyers, professionals and doctors.
