• Managing Brand Activation (IN STORE ACTIVATION, ,ALL ACTIVATIONS AND EVENTS) in KZN for manufacturers across various industries in different categories • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information • Create and maintain relationships with Clients to ensure project success • Management of tools and assets (Point of Sale, Uniforms and gift with purchase) • Working with the client and operations team to identify and manage service improvement activities • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve • Preparing budgets • Preparing Cost Estimates for Clients • Creation of management accounts • Analyse risks and opportunities • Oversee project procurement management • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) • Feedback reporting to clients weekly and at the end of every month • Delivering ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors
