The Grande Roche Hotel and Restaurant in Paarl has announced the appointment of chef Christiaan Campbell to its executive team.
Campbell's culinary journey began with his training as a naval chef at the South African Navy Culinary School. With a career spanning 30 years, he has gained notable experience, including working at The Priory in Bath, England, two months at Chef Raymond Blanc's (OBE) Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, as well as the Capital Hotel Restaurant in Knightsbridge, Chewton Glen, La Gavroche, and Gravetye Manor.
