Show your hands, show your heart!

On August 9 - National Women's Day, for the third year running, all South Africans will have the opportunity to "Show their hands, show their heart" as we ask the population to make a huge difference and offer hope to thousands of women and children in need.

For a few hours on Women's Day, members of the public are being called upon to give their time and help to a charity local to them. The public, from all walks of life, will be showing their hands and heart by giving of their time, or donating goods, to assist local charities.

There are three ways you can support the “Show your hands, show your heart” campaign.

· Donate a few hours of your time by going to a local charity and lending your hands to one of the needs on the wish list.

· Purchase a cellphone heart charm

· Visit www.wacd.co.za to adopt a charity, volunteer or for more information .
