About us:
We are a guesthouse committed to providing exceptional hospitality and a welcoming environment for all guests. We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Guesthouse Administrator to lead the daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and uphold our standards of service and excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the guesthouse including reservations, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Facilitate guest check-ins, check-outs, and respond to all guest queries in a professional manner.
- Facilitate and support housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
- Coordinate vendor services and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor booking platforms and update availability and pricing.
- Handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and amenities.
- Prepare and manage budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or guesthouse management (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with booking systems (e.g. Booking.com) is an advantage.
- Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
- Flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.
- Professional, hands-on, and committed to excellence.
- Experience in marketing and tourism
