
Mmamotsatsi Masike, first recipient of Ravi Naidoo Residency for Emerging Creatives
Nando's design programme, Clout, honoured Design Indaba founder, Ravi Naidoo with an annual residency programme in his name. This year, and each year going forward, Clout will select one stand-out creative from the Design Indaba Emerging Creatives class of that year to be the recipient of this Residency.
Johannesburg-based interior and furniture designer Mmamotsatsi Masike was announced as this year's designer-in-residence winner. Masike is a spatial planner at Cecil Nurse. She is also a part-time freelance designer and recently launched Design Muse, her own furniture design studio.
